[Team Picture Day – New York, NY]

November 12, 2012

In exchange for my fee of an Italian Omelette and some serious hash browns, I met up with my good friend and fellow ‘Cuse Alum Darren to take some pics of him and his dodge ball friends. After meeting through their dodge ball league last March, they decided it was high time for some group pictures.

It seemed best to start by Brooklyn Bridge Park where three brides and a miscellaneous sweatshirt photo shoot had just wrapped up their own projects. For the first time since Hurricane Sandy’s icky weather it was a perfect blue skied Sunday.

Below are some snaps from the day:

Looked a little rocky at first…

But we got there

And even switched it up

Close up

Note that there was a grey, maroon and blue theme that everyone followed and turned into a nice blend of colors. When I first heard a dodge ball team was going to color coordinate I expected bright red tees so I was happily surprised. Several Group pictures later and it felt like a good time to switch up locations.

The Dodge Ballers all together

Take 1

Take 2

And then the side eye happened

There was even a proposal

So it was time for a break…

Across the pond

Group shot

And of course there had to be running shots..

Down from the Watchtower

They were actually running quite fast

The viewers weren’t working but they made a fine prop

Like so

It was like a J Crew shoot

Believe it or not I didn’t pose any of these photos

Alls well that ends well

We even got one of us, as our London Prof would say “The D’s”
